dc.description.abstract This project has gone through a great deal of change over the past year. Some of these changes have occurred due to the fact that the future plans and goals of the author have changed. However, the majority of these changes have occurred due to observations the author has made while working in various English language training programs. It is the author's sincere hope that the changes that have occurred are for the benefit of this project. The project that began as a rather specialized and narrowly focused plan has been expanded to allow it the ability to fit the needs of several organizations with which the author is presently associated. Though at first glance some readers may feel the author has "reinvented the wheel," this was not at all the author's intention. Instead, the "wheel" has been modified and adapted so as to fit the needs of the organizations with which the author is presently working, as well as those with which the author will possibly work in the future. After a few years of working in various programs with a variety of goals and purposes, the author hopes that the program that has been designed has taken into account both the best and worst aspects of each of these programs. The program proposed herein has used the acquired knowledge and information to create a program that will be useful and effective for both the teachers and the students who will participate in it.
