Abstract

A small population of Ambystoma, texanum, the small-mouthed salamander, occurs in the Esther L. Cooper and Robert H. Cooper Memorial Woodland Area of Ball State University. The purpose of this study was to gather information on the breeding migrations of this population and to determine the population parameters in the study area. The study was conducted from February 19, 1981, to June 15, 1981.
