Title: Student orientation leader training manual

Abstract: The purpose of this creative project was to design an orientation leader training manual for Ball State University orientation leaders. The goal of this project was to create a manual that provides the training materials and resources needed to best educate the orientation leaders at Ball State University about their position. This manual was designed with the anticipation of the training team consisting of an orientation professional and graduate assistant. The Student Orientation Leader Training Manual was designed specifically for the Office of Orientation at Ball State University to provide orientation professionals and paraprofessionals a resource to help them better serve the students of Ball State University.
