Abstract

This project is a survey of Ball State University's Blue Key alumni to determine if they hive sustained themselves in leadership positions in their occupations, and continue in service to their local communities. The results will help to determine what portion of Ball State's Blue Key alumni have sustained themselves as leaders following graduation and how two factors., length of time as an alumni and graduate work, may be related to their attainments. The purpose of this study will be to obtain information of participation of the Ball State Blue Key alumni in their local community organizations. This study will endeavor to record the feelings of value that the alumni have about Blue Key as being an asset to the university, community relationship and work experience. There is no record of information pertaining to the Ball State's Blue Key chapter members being compiled and evaluated. This study may provide gainful insight into the feelings of value of Blue Key membership and to the nature of their professional employment and services to their community.
