dc.description.abstract Marketing plans are written for companies and organizations to act as a guide for creating strategies to reach objectives that are set for a specific period of time. The Horizon Convention Center has objectives to aid in increasing economic impact for the Muncie/Delaware County area. This marketing plan was written to outline the strategies that should be involved in meeting this main objective. This marketing plan includes a SWOT analysis as well as information on the current situation of the Horizon Convention Center. Objectives and strategies are included as well as a budget and detailed calendar for completing these strategies.
