Benjamin V. Cohen Peace Conference

The Benjamin V. Cohen Peace Conference, sponsored and hosted by the Center for Peace and Conflict Studies at Ball State University in conjunction with the City of Muncie, provides scholars, students, practitioners, and activists the opportunity to present symposia, discussions, papers, and posters on the topics of the peaceful resolution of conflict and the reduction of violence in society. The conference, first held in Muncie in April of 2013 and holding its second installment in April of 2016, is named in honor of political advisor, peace advocate, and Muncie native Benjamin V. Cohen and is supported by the Cohen Memorial Fund.
