American Folklore and Legends map

Abstract

This map is part of the GRMC "Resources for Teachers" collection of lesson plan ideas using maps for the K-12 educator. Teachers can print copies of the map to be used in the classroom. This is a sample of a culminating project where students create a map showing famous folkore and works of literature in the United States. This lesson is part of an instructional session provided to social studies class by the GRMC.
