Evaluating human demographics and attitudes toward sexual orientation

Abstract

Attitudes towards lesbians and gay men have become important issues both politically and socially as the topic of sexual orientation becomes less taboo throughout society. This study examined which human demographics, such as race, age, or religious affiliation, had stronger correlations to attitudes towards lesbians and gay men. Also, the study combined multiple demographics to identify which combinations of demographics are strongly con-elated with attitudes towards lesbians and gay men.
