Belonging to a reason

Abstract

This collection of poems maps my journey as a writer and as a human being during my time in college. I have spent these past three years pursuing my passion for writing, as well as struggling to understand and accept myself as I am. These poems express what I have learned about myself in this time, they describe the battles I face, and they reflect the constant and endlessly fulfilling process of tearing myself open to put word on the page.
