dc.description.abstract Perilous is a reminder of simpler times. When we were children, our imaginations roamed free. Now, adulthood overshadows the days of imaginative playing. Something that was once innocent and fun is too unpredictable: a child could get hurt if they are not protected from every risk. I photographed children in out-of-the ordinary situations, and publicly exhibited the artwork to an adult audience. Since every adult has some memory of being a child, the work juxtaposes their perspectives with the children's. I also self-promoted the exhibition, and publicly presented my artwork to an audience. en_US
