dc.description.abstract Awareness and positive opinions play a vital role in the success of a small business. A public relations is an effective tool to promote awareness throughout the community and generate interest and business for the company. This communications plan includes strategies and tactics for the Bright Hope Dog Training and Day Care in Franklin, Indiana. The plan uses a combination of special events, digital communications, partnerships and traditional media to achieve the overall goal of increasing awareness of Bright Hope as a training facility and its mission to use positive reinforcement to correct the behavioral issues in dogs that often lead to them being put up for adoption. en_US
