The purpose of this creative project is to investigate how the town of Wynnedale, Indiana within the jurisdiction of Indianapolis' unified local government structure can address its storm water management problems. This creative project is created to satisfy two primary goals. The first goal is to provide the town manager and the citizens of the incorporated community, background information concerning their storm drainage issues. The second goal is to offer possible funding remedies that could be investigated to help address the town's storm water management problems. |
