Abstract:
An educational outreach program was developed for use by personnel in the Ball State University Office of Victim Services (OVS). The primary purpose of the project was to assist in the initial stages of implementation of the Safety and Advocacy program for the OVS. The program was developed with the ultimate purpose of raising awareness of the number of instances of violence against women on campus, specifically stalking cases. The review of literature supported the necessity for this type of program on a college campus. Educational objectives for the program were included along with an electronic copy of the program.
