Abstract:
The problem of the study was to examine and identify factors that influence people's attitudes toward abortion and how these attitudes affect sexuality education. The primary purpose was to identify for health educators, factors that may influence people's attitudes about abortion and how these attitudes affect sexuality education, especially in the areas of curricula and decision making. These results will be useful in focusing education and intervention efforts for programs to better serve the needs of the public and to inform them about issues relating to abortion service and other sexuality issues.A literature review using keywords was conducted to answer the following questions, "What factors influence attitudes on abortion?", "What is the history of abortion laws?", "Does sexual guilt have the ability to influence abortion attitudes?" and "Do factors that influence attitudes about abortion influence attitudes about sexuality education?"
