dc.description.abstract Collaboration amongst artists is powerful. Not only do artists enrich themselves and their form, but the media created reaches observers on more levels. I have created an original concert combining artists' work. My contribution comes in choreography, staging, and dancing. My colleagues will be painting, singing, playing instruments, acting, performing poetry, and showcasing original compositions. I have entitled this concert "Collages."Acknowledgements- I owe a great deal of thanks to Sarah Mangelsdorf for making this concert possible.-Thanks to all of the artists who collaborated. They all inspire me with their talent and passion. I give special thanks to Hilary for her continual companionship, and to Judy for her mentorship.- For best-last minute stage manager/ right hand man/ lighting designer I am truly indebted to Suzette Lynn Taylor. Also thanks to Dustin Collins for the lighting tutorial and to John for the amazing long-distance poster design.-Another thanks to Justin Darrow, a truly talented student who taught me that artists work well together.
