| dc.description.abstract | This thesis provides an overview of the opinions of different individuals concerned with the decline of downtown Muncie. It can also be viewed as a method of identifying commonalties in problem definition among these individuals. Through the recognition of these commonalties, a future direction in policy making can be identified. The study involves a compilation of 13 interviews with people from the many sectors involved in downtown Muncie. | |
