Indianapolis is the largest city in the state of Indiana, and the twelfth largest city in the United States with a population of over 800,000 people. This paper will examine the main tourist attractions of downtown Indianapolis, including White River State Park, the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indian and Western Art, the Indiana State Museum, the NCAA Hall of Champions, the Indianapolis Zoo and White River Gardens, Circle Centre Mall, and the State Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument. It also includes a brief history of the city, dining suggestions, hours for attractions, and admission prices to these sites. |
