dc.description.abstract This document serves as a compilation of four years in the actuarial program at Ball State University with a heavy emphasis on summer internship experiences. Included in this thesis are basic background information and observations, a detailed discussion of the process of obtaining internships, in depth discussions of my two summer experiences, and some observations in retrospect.
