Abstract

This was a study in yeast growth in an environment that contained many habitats suitable for their proliferation. We attempted to isolate and identify as many yeasts as possible from three separate habitats. The yeast populations that were compared were those found in maple sap, daffodils, and honey, all from the same property. Thus, this was a study in yeast ecology.
