Information management for university computer labs : an honors thesis (HONRS 499)

Abstract

During the course of the fall semester of 1997 I was employed as Information Manager for University Computer Labs. Through this opportunity I gained experience in a wide variety of areas. This text explains the background and purpose of my work and also details the databases that I reworked and created from scratch. Also included is a narrative of what was learned through this experience and what plans I have for the future of this project. Throughout the text examples are given on the possible uses of the data worked with and sample reports created are included.
