Each residence hall on campus has a front desk that performs various tasks. Each hall has a system to maintain the tasks needed through out the day. The desk systems for Ball State University are created and utilized by the residing Residence Hall Director or Assistant Director. The varying systems keep desk staff employees from switching easily between halls. I created a unified system to make transitions easier and more efficient.

This program was created for current Hall Directors and Assistant Hall Directors as well as desk staff workers. I hope they will see the need and importance of such a system and take that knowledge with them to other universities or other parts of their life.
