Abstract

This project describes a hypothetical model of the development of levels of knowledge in a society. The model was derived from the learning curves of an individual and the modelsof progression that are used in the business world. Some possible forces that move the society along the model to higher levels of knowledge are identified along with ways to identify that they movement has occurred. Finally, there is a discussion of the problems that could occur in a society from not understanding and utilizing the model and benefits of understanding and utilizing the model.
