Abstract
This project consists of the development of a genetic program the purpose of which is to locate an algorithm which will identify the prime factors of RSA encryption keys. This program will be designed to potentially utilize the power of a cluster of computers because the design will implement parallel computing concepts. It also has the ability to be extended for application to other problems and is not limited to purely mathematical problems.
