Abstract
Employee Morale is an integral component of a company's success in completing its goals. Company operations are at their peak when employee morale is highest. Sometimes though, companies neglect to recognize low morale in the workplace. This lack of recognition and reaction to low morale can cause a lack of productivity, a general unhappiness in the workplace, and a potential for lower results and yields. If morale is low, company goals may go unmet causing the company to not meet profit margins or its overall mission. By facilitating various workshops companies can begin to analyze the root of low morale and identify ways of lifting their employees' attitudes toward their workplace.
