Leading to our happily ever after : finding leadership qualities in fairy tales

Leaders are necessary in every culture. For centuries now, fairy tales have been a part of multiple cultures. Children grow up listening to and reading fairy tales, and whether they know it or not, they are learning lifelong lessons. Corporate consultants have researched the connections between fairy tales and leaders in the business world. I have analyzed this connection as well as the connections between fairy tales and leaders in the classroom and organizations. Specifically, this paper analyzes Cinderella, Snow White, Mulan, and Peter Pan.
