From the deep end of the pool : an honors thesis (HONRS 499)

As a child I began a process that affects me in my everyday life events. This childhood experience.. led me into my adolescence which proved both upsetting and challenging but very rewarding. This project illustrates these struggles and walks the reader through the journey of my life and how this journey has led me to who I am today. Leadership has knocked on my doorstep since I was in high school and continues to play a major role in my daily life. Along with a journey of my life this paper also shows the stages and forms of leadership that have been successful in my career as a student, firefighter, President, and manager.
