Actuation

Mental health has been an interest of mine since I was a teenager. It started with music and transferred to my academics as a psychology major. For my creative thesis I created a short film about the journey of caring for the psyche, containing and discussing such topics as Freudian psychodynamic theory, locus of control, mental health disorders, and a touch of Taoism. The goal of the project is to inspire hope in people struggling with their psyche.
