A comparison of the Kaufman assessment battery for children-second edition and the children's HOPE scale

The present study aimed to assess whether a KMeans clustered sample of scores on the Children’s HOPE Scale differed with respect to scores on the Kaufman Assessment Battery for Children via one-way MANOVA. The results concluded that scores do not differ amongst groups, indicating that the measures are likely assessing complementary constructs and can be used in conjunction with one another in assessing children’s giftedness with the goal of identifying children suitable for gifted education practices.
