The purpose of this project is to create an auto racing business which will revolutionize the way teams in the sport of auto racing currently operate. The mission of Championship Autosport, L.L.C., is to be a strong, competitive, auto racing business which achieves peak performance through marketing, sales, engineering, and customer service. The employees, clients and fans will conduct themselves at the highest levels of achievement in competition, business, and life.The business was incorporated on January 10, 2002, as an Indiana Limited Liability Company through the Secretary of the State of Indiana via the Articles of Organization. The subsequent legal forms were completed and submitted along with an Operating Agreement. Contracts were developed for agreements between the business, the employees, drivers, and partners of the business. These legal documents were reviewed by Ronald Elberger of the law office of Bose McKinney and Evans on April 1, 2002.
