Abstract
This study examines perceptions of knockoff fashion products among female college students. The study suggests that female college students have a positive attitude toward knockoff fashion products and feel they have the right to purchase high-end designer looks at a lower price. The study also signified several garment properties (color, cut, design, detail, fabric, fit, and length) female college students use to identify a knockoff fashion product. The results of this study suggest that further education among this demographic is needed to better comprehend the definition of a knockoff fashion product.
