The evolution of technological communication and its impact on corporate employees

Since the implementation of digital technology into the workplace, our methods of communication have vastly changed. Due to the controversy that surrounds the use of technology, this research explores whether the use of electronic communication has been to the benefit or detriment of employees in the workforce. By analyzing the new forms of communications that have risen, the efficiency and safety of these channels regarding employee’s well-being, and ultimately the legal repercussions produced from these advancements, this paper seeks to come to a conclusion regarding the utility of electronic communication.
