The training manual will consistently train student staff. The manual was designed to help directors and executives understand the importance of their role in the University Program Board and to have a resource to refer to throughout their term on the University Program Board. The training manual was built into three separate components important in the training of University Program Board executives and directors. The purpose of the University Program Board including the mission, goals, and job descriptions was the first section. The section describing the process a student goes through when programming and all of its components is included. A section of references and appendices was created to help students program throughout the year.
