Abstract
Studying students' practice habits can be beneficial in helping them to become more effective musicians. Practice habits may have an affect on how students perform. By investigating these habits, conclusions can be drawn about possible relationships between students practice habits and how they perform in lessons. Future studies relating to practice habits might include more in-depth interviews and incorporating student journals into the investigation.
