Automated electrical outage analysis system

The Service Continuity Division of Indianapolis Power & Light Company, Morris Street Operating Center, is responsible for the restoration of electrical service to those customers whose service is temporarily interrupted due to storms, tree damage, etc. Methods & Programming Division, where the writer was employed, had been assigned the task of reviewing and implementing a computerized facility to replace the manual system presently in use.
