Abstract
This pilot study compared DVDs with no menus and those with interactive menus to determine the difference in the amount of content. The researcher found no significant difference between the two types of DVDs. Although there was no statistical significance, the researcher observed DVDs with no menus contained 17 minutes more content than DVDs with interactive menus. Video yearbook staffs could use the data from this study to make content decisions. The procedures in this study may be applied to most digital media to determine the content limits.
