Web-based assessment surveys for the Excellence in Leadership Program

Abstract

The purpose of this creative project was to develop a set of comprehensive, web-based assessment surveys taken by students in the Excellence in Leadership program at Ball State University. Survey results can support tracking student demographics, leadership practices, learning outcomes, personality types and attrition data for those enrolled in the program. The information gleaned from the surveys could assist administrators and faculty members to create learning experiences specifically tailored for the development of any cohort of students that matriculated through.
