In submission to the relative : an honors thesis (HONRS 499)

Abstract

This thesis consists of both a written essay and a series of paintings. In the essay I briefly outline the influences that have altered my perceptions of visual art, and painting specifically, during my five years of undergraduate study. The paintings are a culmination of these influences.
